After almost 20 years in professional services, I decided to pivot to more actively follow my passion to empower people to build and sustain positive upward momentum.

As a coach and mentor, I am committed to inspiring and supporting you to activate and navigate the change you want. I bring years of diverse experiences both professionally across the globe and personally as a mother, expat and athlete. My coaching style is personal yet professional, creative yet strategic, inspiring yet grounded. My goal is to connect meaningfully with you to inspire you to close the gap between your now and your best intentions.
